£35 per night single occupancy £55 per night double occupancy Family Room £65 per night (suit parents/one child) Guests wishing to book the whole of Orchard Cottage but only occupy one room can do so by paying a £25 per night supplement on the unoccupied room. (Cot available on request) All prices include full English or continental breakfast The terms and conditions set out the basis of your agreement with Orchard Cottage, none of which effect your statutory rights. Smoking Orchard Cottage is a non smoking facility. A sheltered area will be provided outside for those wishing to smoke. Animals Orchard Cottage is unable to accommodate pets. Arrivals/Departures Where every effort will be made to accommodate guests both on arrival and departure, access to a guest bedroom is not generally permissible before 12.00noon. Departure time is 10.00am. Breakages/Damages All breakages/damages need to be reported and, with the exception of normal wear and tear, must be paid for or replaced. Personal items are held on the property at the occupier’s own risk. Deposits A non returnable 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking by cheque (payable to Orchard Cottage). The balance is payable on arrival in cash or cheque supported by a bankers card. In the event of a “non-show” the client will be liable for the full amount unless sufficient notice is given. A 50% late cancellation fee will be charged if rooms remain unoccupied. Details advised on booking. House Requests Please note that Orchard Cottage allows guests to come and go as they please. However we ask that noise is kept to a minimum after dark. Guests are not encouraged to invite friends/family without prior agreement of the owners. Guests are welcome to drink alcohol but not to become drunk. The owners reserve the right to ask guests to leave. |
