Free Wi Fi All rates include freshly cooked breakfast to order (or vegetarian/continental option) Single Occupancy : £45.00 (All rooms) Single Occupancy One Night Only: £50.00 (All rooms) Double Occupancy £55 - £60 (Twin) Double Occupancy : £70.00 (Double Rooms & large twin) Family Room : £80.00 (Consisting 1 Double, 1 single + cot (if required) Any guests wishing to occupy the whole of Orchard B&B but not all rooms can do so by paying a £40 supplement on each unoccupied room. Terms & Conditions The terms and conditions set out the basis of your agreement with Orchard B&B, none of which effect your statutory rights. Smoking Orchard B&B is a non smoking facility. A sheltered area will be provided outside for those wishing to smoke. Animals Orchard B&B is unable to accommodate pets. Arrivals/Departures Where every effort will be made to accommodate guests both on arrival and departure, access to a guest bedroom is not generally permissible before 12.00noon. Departure time is 10.00am. Breakages/Damages All breakages/damages need to be reported and, with the exception of normal wear and tear, must be paid for or replaced. Personal items are held on the property at the occupier’s own risk. Deposits. A non returnable deposit is payable at the time of booking by cheque (payable to Orchard Cottage) or by bank transfer. Bookings are only considered confirmed on receipt of a deposit. The balance is payable on arrival in cash or cheque. Cancellation. Orchard B&B has 5 en suite bedrooms. A 50% cancellation charge will be payable for cancellations advised later than one week from arrival. A 75% cancellation charge will be payable for cancellations advised later than four days from arrival. In the event of a "no show" the full amount due is payable for whatever reason including illness and adverse weather conditions. Orchard B&B recommend that all guests check their travel insurance policy prior to booking in this event. Olympic Games Booking 50% payable on booking: 50% by 31st May 2010. House Requests Please note that Orchard B&B allows guests to come and go as they please. However we ask that noise is kept to a minimum after dark. Guests are not encouraged to invite friends/family without prior agreement of the owners. Guests are welcome to drink alcohol but not to become drunk.
